2. By taking part in the prize draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. There are two prizes available to be won each consisting of £250 worth of vouchers to be redeemed at http://www.volkswagenmerchandise.co.uk. Closing date for the draw is 01 December 2009.
4. The draws will take place on 01 June 2009 and 07 December 2009 and one winner will be drawn from correct answers on each date. The winners will be notified in writing by 08 June 2009 and 14 December 2009 respectively. The draw will take place in front of an independent observer.
5. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
6. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to concerning the result of the draw.
7. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details they provide are accurate for the duration of the promotion.
8. The name and county of the winner will be available by sending a self-addressed envelope marked ‘[NAME OF DRAW]' to the Promoter.
9. Participants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK.
10. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.
11. The prize draw is not open to employees and their families of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, its suppliers, agents, retailer networks or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
